Do you need an urgent GP appointment over Christmas and New Year? Call NHS 111. Urgent GP appointments are available via the GP Out of Hours service from 8am-8pm every day over the festive period excluding Christmas Day.
If it can wait, all West Cheshire GP practices are set to open as normal from Wednesday, December 27th to Friday, December 29th inclusive and from Tuesday, January 2nd 2018 onwards.
Patients registered with a West Cheshire GP practice are also able to access routine GP and nurse appointments throughout the festive period via the General Practice Extended Hours service.

We have introduced a new service that allows patients who are currently registered at the practice to consult with a GP electronically and offers alternatives to calling or coming into the surgery for common, more minor problems. Please note any photographs needed to help diagnose your conditioncan be uploaded securely.

ONLINE ACCESS AND PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS
Since 1 April 2015 in addition to ordering your repeat prescriptions and booking appointments online , you are now able to view and download a summary of your medical records. This includes Medications, Allergy’s and adverse conditions. You will need to sign up to our online access facility.
To register for this service you will have to come into the Practice, after which you will ge given your log in details.
You will be asked to bring 2 forms of identification, one which shows your current address and one with a recent photograph.
If you already have online access for prescriptions and appointments, you need do nothing more.
Once you have your log in details please use the Patiient.co.uk link below.

Need a weekend or evening appointment?
You can now book to see a GP, nurse or arrange a blood test in the evening, at weekends and on bank holidays. Physio assessments are also available any weekday evening.
The General Practice Extended Hours service provides patients with routine General Practice appointments outside of core opening hours at six locations across West Cheshire every:
- Monday to Friday: 6:30pm – 9:30pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 9am – 6pm
- Bank Holiday: 9am – 2pm

Let us know by completing a Carer registration form (available from your GP Surgery reception)
Hand the completed form to your GP Surgery who will make a note on your medical records, that you are a Carer.

Access to the surgery has been adapted to facilitate access by disabled patients. When making an appointment a disabled patient should notify reception of their requirements so that the doctor and nurses are aware of the position. Hearing loops are also available.
We have a no-smoking policy in the surgery
