The surgery offers its services within the following postcode areas: CH1, CH2, CH65, CH66 (including the areas of Ellesmere Port, Elton, Backford Cross, Childer Thornton, Woodbank and Mollington).  Patients wishing to register must reside in our practice area. If your first language is not English or if you know of someone who would prefer to use their first language in a consultation we are happy to accomodate by having a third party be present during the consultation.

These fact sheets have been written to explain the role of UK health services, the National Health Service (NHS), to newly-arrived individuals seeking asylum. It covers issues such as the role of GPs, their function as gatekeepers to the health services, how to register and how to access emergency services.

Special care has been taken to ensure that information is given in clear language, and the content and style has been tested with user groups.
